This policy explains the data processed when you visit this website or submit an enquiry. It applies to einigperformance.com, www.einigperformance.com and the associated published ChatGPT Sites address, including the German and English versions.

2. Website, hosting and technical data
This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The service provider is OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland. OpenAI processes personal data involved in hosting on our behalf under the Sites Data Processing Addendum. OpenAI uses sub-processors, including Cloudflare for technical delivery and web hosting. OpenAI publishes its current sub-processor list.
Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical connection data, including IP addresses, access times, requested addresses and information sent by the browser. This supports an accessible, functional and secure website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is providing this website securely.
Sites also automatically provides statistics about page views and unique visitors. We use this overview to understand how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have not added a separate analytics script. The Sites documentation does not currently specify the exact method of recognising unique visitors or fixed retention periods for the underlying technical log and statistics data. We therefore do not claim complete anonymisation or a particular deletion period for this platform data.
Sites does not guarantee that data is stored exclusively in Germany or the EU. Processing in third countries, particularly the United States, is possible. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the Sites agreement provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision. Information about these safeguards is available in the linked agreement and may also be requested from us.
3. Cookies, browser storage and embedded content
Our own website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not store form inputs in local storage. Fonts, photos and styling are delivered from our own hosting. Videos, social media widgets, maps, advertising pixels and external booking tools are not automatically embedded in this website.
The hosting infrastructure sets the Cloudflare cookie __cf_bm to detect and prevent harmful automated traffic. It contains encrypted information used to assess bot activity and, according to Cloudflare, expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Storage access necessary for this protection function is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; the associated processing of personal data serves our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: Cloudflare cookies. This cookie lifetime does not describe the retention period of technical server logs.
ChatGPT sign-in is offered for the operator's inbox. OpenAI manages sign-in and the required session functionality; OpenAI's privacy policy also applies to that service. Visitors do not need a ChatGPT account to submit an enquiry. Our statements about our own website code are not blanket assurances about every internal mechanism of the hosting platform.
4. Contact form and discovery call
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email address, selected coaching option and preferred time to talk. Providing a phone number is optional. The submission time and a random enquiry identifier are also recorded. We use this information to respond and arrange a discovery call. Please do not send medical or other particularly sensitive information through this contact channel.
For a specific coaching enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). For other correspondence, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to incoming enquiries. Required fields are needed to make contact. The form cannot be submitted without a name, email address and selection. You may contact us directly by email instead.
The enquiry is stored in a database provided by Sites hosting. Only Felix Einig can access the website inbox after signing in. The form does not send us an automatic email and does not send advertising. Enquiries are reviewed and answered personally. Our website code does not forward enquiries to a chatbot or AI model.
We delete an enquiry from the website inbox when it is no longer needed for handling the request. The website also removes entries older than 90 days. The deletion check runs when the website is visited, when an enquiry is submitted and when the inbox is opened; if the website is not accessed, the check runs at the next such access.
After successful submission, you can withdraw your enquiry directly from the open confirmation view. This view receives a random authorisation token; only its cryptographic hash is stored in the database. The function deletes the entry from the website inbox. Contact us by email about any separately maintained email correspondence or other privacy requests.
5. Spam and abuse protection
The form checks input, the origin of the request and a protection field that is not visible to visitors. To limit repeated submissions, an IP address is used in a temporary counter in working memory. The counter is valid for ten minutes; expired counters are removed at the next form check. No IP address is stored in the enquiry database for this purpose. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting against spam and abusive submissions.
6. Email contact and further correspondence
If you contact us by email, or we answer your enquiry by email, your email address, message content and communication data are processed in the email inbox. Our WEB.DE mailbox uses the service of 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Germany. The provider publishes further details in its privacy information. The legal bases described in section 4 apply to handling the correspondence.
Email correspondence is deleted when the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no other retention reason remains. Where a message must be retained as business correspondence, a contract record or an accounting document, it is stored for the applicable statutory period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where documents are necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, retention depends on how long that purpose remains necessary (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Mini-assessment
The short self-assessment is evaluated only in the working memory of your open browser page. Our website code does not send the answers or result to the server and does not store them permanently. Reloading the page clears them. The result is a personal starting point, not a medical diagnosis, and does not determine whether a contract is concluded.
8. External links
Links to services such as Instagram or the tennis website open a different website. A connection to that service is made only when you follow the link. The respective provider's privacy information then applies.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for the future. No advertising consent is collected for the ordinary contact enquiry described here.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Please email felix-einig@web.de.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly in the country where you live or work or where an alleged infringement took place. The authority responsible for our location is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany. Contact and complaint information: datenschutz.rlp.de.
This website does not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. It does not create user profiles for advertising.
10. Scope
This policy describes the website and initial contact. If coaching begins, information about the coaching app, video content and contract data is provided separately before those services are used. We update this policy when the website changes. You can switch the website language through a link; the language choice is reflected in the address, without a preference cookie or local-storage entry.
